So, this post from Seth Godin’s blog is, well true.  And that hurts.  My question is – did CVS take any sort of action towards this person, or did they just have the sign pulled?  I’m hoping it’s the former.  That said, I’m assuming it’s the latter.  Companies need to be relentless when it comes to customer service, and standing behind what they say.  I know (trust me on this one, kids) how dificult it is to locate, hire, and train staff, but a line has to be drawn somewhere.  We’re going to get bloody in the talent wars, but so be it.
