Quick straw poll if anyone’s listening.  I’m curious about how candidates are reaching out to prospective employers, and what the experience has been like – do you stick to the boards, do you target companies that interest you and apply if you see an opening, do you wrap your resume around a rock and toss it through a window?  What turns you on/ off about a company’s career site or ad?
