Yipes.  Just saw this about Monster.  Wonder if the new exec team will give them free Monster premium accounts to soften the sting…  Funny thing is, I’ve talked to a few Monster employees over the past few months about some of the openings we have here.  They’d get really, really excited about joining us (and who wouldn’t…).  Then, last minute before an interview and/ or offer, they’d pull out of the process, telling me that their manager just told them that the company was about to do a reorg, and “good things were in the works for them“.  I’m not sure exactly how cutting 800 people’s jobs equates to a “good thing”, but that’s just my opinion…
